1. Reach out to us

Call or email us to let us know you're thinking about selling your property. Feel free to tell us a bit about your situation too and why you're looking to sell. Our goal is to acquire the property in a way that benefits both parties.

2. Make an appointment

After our initial contact we'll organize a time to meet at the subject property where we will take a look around, take notes & photos, and finally sit down to discuss your needs and wants and how we can make the situation work.

3. Analysis & Offer

Once we've left your property with all the required information, we'll analyze the numbers and details of the property and submit an offer to you within a few days.

4. Acquisition

Once an offer has been accepted, we'll move forward with the purchase agreement and get the closing underway and wrapped up as soon as possible.
